Paintings

Placing the order

Once order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the order date for shipping. If framing is selected, please allow 2-4 weeks as frames are crafted on demand. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email containing tracking information.

Shipping times & costs

Time and costs varies depending on the item, framing options and the location.

Approximate prices:

  • UK - up to £50 for rolled canvas and up to £150 for stretched canvas and framed paintings
  • Other destinations - up to £150 for rolled canvas and up to £500 or stretched canvas and framed paintings

All the products will be insured.

For a precise shipping quote, please reach out to me at info@robertamsstudio.com. Upon confirmation, you will be issued an invoice, and your artwork will be dispatched once the shipping details are finalised and the invoice is settled. Any surplus payment will be refunded.

Local pickup

All the items can be picked up from central London. Before placing an order, please contact us at info@robertamsstudio.com so the pickup can be arranged.

Duties & taxes

All the items that are shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). RMS Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Prints

Placing the order

Shipping & fulfilment

Worldwide shipping is offered and the price is calculated at the checkout.

Shipping for prints is fulfilled by a The Print Space, a printing company based in London and Germany which is end-to-end carbon neutral extending my commitment to environmentally responsible practices.

Orders to the UK and EU/EEA are sent via postage, which is a fast and reliable service. Orders shipped outside the UK and EU/EEA (i.e USA, Canada, Australia) are shipped with DHL Express Courier.

Approximate fulfilment & delivery timeline:

  • UK & Germany - 3-7 business days
  • EU & EEA - 4-12 business days
  • US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and RoW - 4-8 business days
